Generations College and Career Services
Helping clarify the life path for young adults
We exist to nurture and support high schoolers to persist and succeed in college and career opportunities. Our services target 11th and 12th graders with support services for underclassmen.

Why College & Career Services?
- Young people need help exploring their areas of interest.
- Parents/guardians have competing priorities (work, other children, advanced coursework etc.) which may not allow them to spend as much working with their teen individually.
- Young people need support prioritizing time and setting goals as early as sophomore year.
- School counselors have multiple responsibilities which often leaves after high school planning to two data points: i.) ensuring young people enroll in Advanced Placement courses and ii) tracking college acceptances and/or certification plans.
- Navigating after high school options requires significant patience, knowledge and awareness of trends in the field. Some parents/guardians need an intervention with their teen. It could also be that the process has become overwhelming.
We all need support to reach our goals. Experience the Difference!
About Me

"I believe my generation is responsible for supporting future generations. My belief comes from my faith which says teach what is good like self
control, self discipline and kindness."
Jay Brown-Nosiri is the Founder and President of Generations Leadership Consultants and Generations College & Career Services. She has 26+ years in K-12 education in classroom and school leadership roles in traditional public, charter and private schools. In the last 10 years, Jay has served as Chief People Officer, Head of Schools and Chief Academic Officer. She supported middle and high school teams with goal setting, recruitment, data analysis, instructional feedback and performance management. Recently, she reignited her consulting business to include postsecondary options after seeing some gaps while supporting her daughter as a high school senior. Jay realized the college application process was confusing not just for her but other parents, too. She began to work with her daughter’s friends and before she knew it, she was creating tools and templates to support seniors to figure out next steps.
She is a proud alum of Bradley University, Marquette University and Trevecca-Nazarene University. She enjoys all things people, processes and practices. In her downtime, she draws, WINS Connect Four, supports Nashville Soccer Club and enjoys live concerts.
